1. Confirm Net buy plan for Raw materials and packaging materials, components based on Master Production Schedule from master schedulers； 根据主计划员的主生产计划，负责确认原材料、包装材料、子件的物料需求计划；
2. MRO Purchasing requirements calculation based on latest forecast； 根据最新的需求预测，计算MRO需求 ；
3. Work close with sourcing to make sure PO been released to suppliers on time in full as confirmed； 跟采购保持紧密合作，确保订单被及时、按量的下给供应商；
4. Work close with sourcing to keep monitoring Suppliers＇ OTIF and Make Improvement Plan if necessary； 和采购保持紧密合作，持续关注和监控供应商准时交货情况，并在必要的时候制定改善计划；
5. Work with sourcing to expedite/defer/cancel/ place additional POs based on master schedule or customer demand significant change if need； 在主计划或客户需求发生明显变化时，在有必要的情况下，与采购合作完成采购订单的跟催、推迟、取消、追加工作；
6. Leading Safety stock/re-order point calculation and review process every Quarter（Month） with stakeholders（Planner , sourcing , production , Engineering）； 主导和相关方（计划、采购、生产、工程）完成每季度（月）安全库存和再订货点的重新计算和回顾工作；
7. Control the inventory level of raw material, WIP and MRO according to budget. Analyze the tendency toward inventory, lead the action plan for Inventory Reduction Activities and E&O stock analysis and Dispose； 按照年度预算，控制好原材料、在制品、MRO的库存水平； 分析库存趋势，主导库存下降的行动计划和完成呆滞报废品的分析和处置工作；
8. Maintain proactive shortage identification and management - root causes & corrective action to eliminate or Prevent the Potential stock out Risks ； 实施和管理主动预防缺货风险的机制—通过根本原因分析和纠正措施消除和阻止潜在的缺货分析；
9. Regularly Review and Maintain MRP master data, ensure data accuracy； 定期回顾和维护影响MRP的主数据，确保数据准确性；
10. To complete any other assignments required by the immediate supervisor. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
资格要求 Competency
1. College’s degree or above； 具有大专以上学历；
2. Committed to integrity and dealing honestly and fairly； 遵守诚信原则，公平公正；
3. 2years experience or above in material, production planning and familiar with supply chain management and ERP system； 2年以上物料，生产计划工作经验并熟悉供应链管理流程和ERP系统；
4. Excellent communication, coordination and analytical skills with the ability to service external customers and support internal customers； 优秀的沟通、协调能力和分析能力，具有服务外部客户和支持内部客户的能力；
5. Strong team player and willing to growth, hard work and detail oriented. 具有较强的团队精神,愿意成长，努力工作，认真细致；
